The Harlem Watch Company was founded on a lifelong passion for fine timepieces and a deep connection to one of the most influential communities in American history — Harlem. Born and raised in Harlem, the founder is a proud third-generation Harlemite. When the Harlem Watch Company was founded in 2021, his family spanned six living generations, rooted in the neighborhood they continue to call home today.

For decades, watches have been more than a hobby — they are a way to preserve memories, milestones, and moments in time. Every watch tells a story. The Harlem Watch Company was created to tell the story of Harlem.

 

Inspired by the culture, resilience, artistry, and legacy of this iconic New York community, our timepieces are designed as tributes to the people and places that shaped Harlem into what it is today — a city within a city. From the visionaries of the Harlem Renaissance to the everyday residents whose strength and spirit define the neighborhood, Harlem’s influence reaches far beyond its streets.
